Artwork Guidelines

To help us produce the best possible result, please follow these guidelines when uploading your artwork, photos, logos, or designs.

  • Use High-Quality Files: Upload the highest-resolution version of your artwork or photo available. Blurry, pixelated, compressed, or low-resolution images may result in reduced print quality.
  • Recommended Resolution: For photos and raster artwork, 300 DPI at the intended print size is recommended whenever possible.
  • Accepted File Types: Available file types may vary by product and decoration method. Please follow the upload requirements shown in the product customizer.
  • Laser Engraving: For products requiring vector artwork, please upload SVG, AI, EPS, or vector PDF files. PNG and JPG files may not be accepted for certain engraving products.
  • Transparent Backgrounds: When appropriate, artwork with a transparent background is recommended. PNG files are preferred when transparency is required.
  • Photos: Use clear, well-lit, high-resolution photographs. Avoid screenshots, heavily compressed social-media images, or photos that are blurry, dark, or extremely cropped.
  • Small Details & Text: Extremely thin lines, tiny text, intricate details, and very small design elements may not reproduce clearly depending on the product and decoration method.
  • Colors: Colors displayed on your screen may differ slightly from the finished product due to monitor settings, material color, printing processes, embroidery threads, engraving surfaces, and other production factors.
  • Artwork Placement: Carefully review the design preview before ordering. Minor adjustments to size or positioning may be made during production when necessary to achieve the best result.
  • Copyright & Permissions: By uploading artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks, or other content, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use and reproduce it.
  • Artwork Review: We reserve the right to contact you if an uploaded file may not produce an acceptable result. This may delay production until suitable artwork or approval is received.
