At Fiber & Canvas, each personalized item is created specifically for you. Please review your customization carefully before placing your order.
- Review Your Personalization: Double-check all names, dates, spelling, capitalization, numbers, and other information before submitting your order. Your item will be produced using the information provided.
- Design Preview: When available, use the on-screen preview to review the placement, size, font, colors, and overall appearance of your design before adding the product to your cart.
- Uploaded Artwork: Please upload the highest-quality artwork or image available. Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, or poor-quality files may affect the final result.
- Colors: Colors displayed on your screen may vary slightly from the finished product due to differences in monitors, materials, printing methods, embroidery threads, engraving surfaces, and manufacturing variations.
- Engraving: Engraving appearance can vary depending on the material and natural characteristics of the product. On-screen engraving colors are intended as a visual representation and may not exactly match the finished engraving.
- Embroidery: Embroidered designs may have slight variations in thread placement, texture, and appearance. Very small or highly detailed elements may not reproduce well in embroidery.
- Production Adjustments: Minor adjustments to positioning, sizing, or spacing may be made when necessary to ensure the best possible finished product.
- Personalized Orders: Because personalized products are made specifically for you, please carefully review your customization before ordering. Personalized items generally cannot be returned or exchanged due to customer-entered spelling, design, or selection errors.
